The Commission is a CommonwealthGovernment agency charged with leading and co-ordinating national improvements in the safety and quality of the health care provided to Australians.

 

Friday first worked with the Commission to support the Better Care Everywhere webinar series, an extensive and in-depth program delivered entirely online at the start of 2021 to educate the health sector to recognise and address unwarranted variation in clinical care. Friday’s role was to provide strategic communications support to presenters, helping them to hone their message and develop engaging visual presentations.

Friday continues to support the important work of the Commission, developing presentations for the launches of the Fourth Australian Atlas of Healthcare Variation and a range of Clinical Care Standards, producing case studies on improvements in cataract care, and delivering a national survey for the ongoing National One Stop Shop consultations.
