Department of Foreign Affairs & Trade

Branding, Digital Design, Website Development, Content

Managed by long-time partners GHD, Team Up is the Australian Government’s beloved and hugely successful sport for development program across the Pacific. Team Up works with partners on the ground in the Pacific to deliver safe, inclusive and accessible sports programs for people of all ages and abilities, including women and girls, children, and people with a disability.

For many years, the program (previously known as Pacific Sports Partnerships) has generated stories of joy, courage and transformation - but has had limited platforms on which to share those stories.

In 2020, The Friday Collective worked with GHD and the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade to develop a brand identity for the program, and a suite of assets that the team could use, online and offline, to promote the work being done by Team Up and its partners. We also developed a colourful and content-rich website to act as a hub for all Team Up activity. Technical aspects of the GovCMS build were managed by our collaborators, Webplace.

It gladdens our hearts to be part of the Team Up program and to have made some contribution to the journeys of everyone involved.

Working with The Friday Collective was an absolute pleasure. They were genuinely enthusiastic about creatively showcasing the work that we do, took time to understand our needs and the complexities of the project, and were patient and collaborative partners. Not only were we extremely happy internally with the website and brand assets, but we frequently receive glowing feedback externally. We have already recommended The Friday Collective on several occasions and would not hesitate to do so again.
