Aija Zablovska

A senior digital producer with UX expertise, Aija is passionate about the evolving possibilities of digital media and how it shapes our interactions with each other. She is highly experienced at delivering complex digital projects, and is staggeringly skilful at managing the entire process including product development, stakeholder engagement, budgets, timelines, resource planning and reporting. Like all the best digital project managers, she was born for the role. She proudly lays claim to a highly driven and motivated personality, an acute sense of accountability and strong conceptual technical understanding. Yes, she is a Virgo. Aija has worked with small financial companies such as IMB and the Australian Defence Credit Union, as well as large clients including ANZ, Myer, CommBank and Telstra.

Nicola is an account director with more than 10 years’ experience in leading large accounts for some of the country’s best-known brands including Cathay Pacific, Tourism Australia, Australia Post, Myer and WeightWatchers. She is a respected leader of award-winning creative teams, and commercial teams who have successfully delivered on multi-million dollar commercial budgets. She is also highly regarded for her client management approach based on integrity, transparency and honesty.

Nicola O'Hanlon

Julia has been the driving force behind projects that have engaged and educated audiences for a variety of businesses and causes. Using tools such as workshops and stakeholder interviews, she has helped clients including the Chris O’Brien Lifehouse, Australia Post and WeightWatchers gain clarity around their challenges and their goals, and she has tapped into an extensive network of digital and creative specialists to deliver on the solutions identified. She is particularly proud of work done on purpose-led projects including The NSW Department of Family and Community Services’ Caring for Kids, The Chris O'Brien Lifehouse LivingRoom and Marrickville Council’s Taking Care.

Julia Richardson

Having started her career as a research analyst, Bea is now one of Australia’s leading experts in digital marketing and communications. Working with leading brands across a range of industries including telecommunications, travel, fast moving consumer goods, fashion, finance and media, she has amassed considerable experience in still-new disciplines including content strategy, social media strategy and customer experience planning. Bea is that rare person capable of balancing a deep sense of empathy with an uncanny ability to read meaning into data sets. She provides clients with valuable insights into how to craft and deliver their messages in ways that are genuinely meaningful and relevant to their audiences.
