How to enter

To be eligible, a person must complete the WH&Y Community Insights survey conducted through research partner The Friday Collective within the time stated and provide their first name and email address on completion of the survey so that

The Friday Collective can award the prize to them as an ‘eligible entrant’.

All eligible entrants go into the draw for a chance to win one (1) of 3 $100 Prezzee Smart e-gift card*.

​

Only one entry per eligible entrant is allowed.

​

Conditions of entry

This survey and the associated promotion is an initiative of The Friday Collective, SUITE 2204 LEVEL 22 , 520 OXFORD STREET , BONDI JUNCTION NSW 2022 (‘Friday’).

​

Entry into the promotion means you accept these terms and conditions.

​

Entry into the promotion is free and automatic upon the completion of the survey and provision of the entrant’s name and email address.

​

To participate in the survey and to enter and be awarded the Prize, entrants must be Australian residents and 16 years or over.

​

Employees of Friday and its agencies associated with this promotion, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

Three eligible entrants will become the winners. The winners will be notified by email.

​

Friday’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into about the prize or the prize winner.

​

No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of prizes or for what the prize can be redeemed for.

​

All entries become the property of Friday.

​

Without express permission granted by entrants, responses to the survey are confidential and anonymous and any personal information provided will be managed in accordance with the WH&Y Privacy Policy. 

​

If an entrant provides a name and email address this will be construed as giving permission for this personal information (name and email address only) to be shared with Friday for the purpose of awarding the Prize. Any personal information provided to Friday will be treated as confidential and managed in accordance with the WH&Y Privacy Policy.

​

Friday reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

​

Any entrant may be disqualified, at Friday’s sole discretion if an entry or entrant:

i. does not meet any one or more of the requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions;

ii. tampers in any way with the operation of the promotion.

​

Dates

The promotion commences at 10am on Monday 19 May 2025.

Entries close at 12am on 7 June 2025.

​

Prize draw and notification

The Promotion is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner and the winner will be selected at random.

 

The prize Selection Date will be 16 June 2025. A staff member of Friday will draw the winner at random on the Selection Date from all valid entries to the promotion.

​

The winner will be notified by email. If, despite reasonable efforts by Friday, a potential prize winner does not respond to Friday within 28 days of the date of notification, the prize will be forfeited and Friday reserves the right to select a new winner or to not award a winner.

​

If the winner is unable to be contacted due to provision of incorrect details, Friday reserves the right to select a new winner or not award a winner.

​

If any proposed selection date falls on a public holiday in New South Wales, that selection will be conducted on the following business day.

​

Prize

There are three prizes only.

​

The prizes are:

The total prize pack is valued up to: AUD$300.

​

*Friday has no direct control over https://www.prezzee.com.au/ and the inclusion of that link in these terms does not constitute an endorsement or a recommendation of that site. It is the user’s responsibility to make decisions about visiting linked external sites, and the suitability for any purpose of information contained in such sites.

The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

​

The prize is subject to the terms and conditions as imposed by Prezzee*, as provider of the prize, including period of validity and expiry, or any booking or redemption time frames.

​

If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, Friday reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to law.

​

No alternative prize (including cash) will be considered or provided.

​

The prize will be forfeited if not taken ‘as is’ and no payment or compensation will be made in lieu.

​

Friday may ask you to provide proof of your age, identity and residency, and to sign any required documentation including release forms as a condition of claiming the prize.

​

You are responsible for all expenses and taxes connected to your participation in the promotion and not included in the Prize. 

​

If any of these terms and conditions are deemed illegal or unenforceable, then the removal of any illegal or unenforceable part will not affect the remaining terms and conditions.

Other terms

Friday and agencies or companies associated with this promotion are not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with a prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Friday and its associated agencies and companies is not liable for (including any costs) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, network failures, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries, and any cause beyond the control of Friday, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.

In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders Friday's ability to properly proceed with the promotion on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, computer virus, fraud, tampering, unauthorised intervention, or technical failure, Friday may in its absolute discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to direction of the relevant authorities.

The Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) as well as other laws in Australia may imply certain conditions, warranties and undertakings, and give you other legal rights. If they apply, they cannot be modified or excluded by any contract. You may consider seeking legal advice as to whether they apply to you.

​

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions generally affects your rights under Australian consumer law (as contained in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and equivalent State and Territory fair trading legislation) regarding consumer guarantees to the extent that such consumer guarantees cannot be excluded by law. Other than these consumer guarantees The Friday Collective makes no warranties about any prizes offered as a part of the promotion, including warranties as to the quality, merchantability or fitness for purpose of such prizes.

You agree to indemnify Friday against all liabilities suffered or sustained by Friday arising from any claim by a third party that your entry infringes the rights (including intellectual property rights) of any third party.

​

Severability

Any provision (or part thereof) of these Terms and Conditions that is prohibited or unenforceable in any jurisdiction is ineffective as to that jurisdiction to the extent of the prohibition or unenforceability. That does not invalidate the remaining provisions (or parts thereof) of these Terms and Conditions nor affect the validity or enforceability of that provision (or part thereof) in any other jurisdiction.

Entire agreement

These Terms and Conditions contain the entire agreement between you and Friday with respect to the promotion. They set out the only conduct that you have relied on and supersede all earlier conduct and prior agreements and understandings between you and Friday in connection with the promotion.
